What I Offer

I specialize in guitar, both acoustic and electric, but also offer bass, ukulele, and vocal instruction. Students range from beginner to intermediate levels, age 8 years and up. As an instructor I believe the most important goal is for the student to see results after the first lesson. Once he or she sees that making music is within reach I focus on technique, efficiency, rhythm then finally music (T.E.R.M.). I follow the 10% inspiration, 90% perspiration rule. The student and I also work on goal-setting, both short-term and long-term.

Option 1: Weekly Lessons $90 per Month

With this option the student receives weekly 30-minute lessons, recorded lesson summaries and online resources. If a student cannot attend a scheduled lesson, he or she has the option of making it up on Saturday between 2pm and 5pm or online TBD. If on the rare occasion I am not able to attend a lesson credit will be applied to the following month.

Option 2: Bi Weekly Lessons $60 per Month

With this option the student receives two 30-minute lessons per month, recorded lesson summaries and online resources. If a student cannot attend a scheduled lesson, he or she has the option of making it up on Saturday between 2pm and 5pm or online TBD. If on the rare occasion I am not able to attend a lesson credit will be applied to the following month.

I offer a variety of guitars, amps, pedals and other instruments to give the student a holistic musical experience. My goal is not only to teach skills but to inspire and foster life-long learning.
